Suggest Cure For Extreme Itching On Labia Majora

extreme itching on labia majora since 2 wks now. tried to apply vagisil anti-itch cream, effective for 3hrs only but then the itching occur again,specially at night.it actually looks thicker now,and when i try to touch it, the sensation of the skin is less as compared to other areas.somewhat uneven skin tone.i could compare the sensation as to like touching an unscrubbed heel,in which it feels thick. the is little bit of itch and rednes on outer vagina,but the intense itch is really on labia majora. would u suggest not to shave anymore? tried to apply vaseline,but didn't worked too.tingling sensation worsed after scratching.
