Suggest Cure For Infection In The Vagina

I have thought for about 4 months now that I have a BV? I discribed cramping, smell, milkly like discharge and my doc priscribed meds. I took the meds two different times and it seeming to be back. Along with this I feel like I get bad cramping like when you hold your pee too long and when I go to the bathroom and the cramping gets worse. I also feel like when I go to the bathroom it doesn't all come out and I have a to go again soon after. I am not having any burning though. What is going on?
