Suggest Cure For Infection In The Vagina

my boyfriend accidently cut me with his nail when he fingered me. i soaked in soap baths for a while but then it started to get infected now im having salt baths which is what my mum suggested.. it is now healing i think but im getting pussy pimple looking things all over my vagina :( what is wrong?
