Suggest Cure For Infection On The Penis

Hi, i have what seems to be a verry mild case of penile papules in my opinion, they are small bumps around the corona rim of my penis mainly flesh coloured some a lil reder but not a bright red, they do not hurt itch or anoy me in any way other then their apearance.

Could it be something else ? because i've seen pictures of what pearly penile papules are and its no where near as bad i was hoping it was something less sever and easier treated by antibiotics or some other form, your opinion and advice would be greatly apreciated.
