Suggest Cure For Infection On The Vagina

I have a bad itch on just one side of my vagina lips and i looked inside one side is red and this big brown piece of meat is in the inside i dont know if thats a labia or what, i dont even know if its suppose to be there. But that side is itching bad and red. please help
