Suggest Cure For Irregular Menses

i am 29 years old married woman. its has been 1 year and 4 months to my marriage. My menstrual cycle has gone very much irregular after my marriage. Also i have tested every time whether i have concieved or not. but every time the test was negative. please guide me how to cure this problem
