Suggest Cure For Itching And Burning In Vagina

After sex last week, my vagina became real itchy and started burning. My boyfriend took me to the ER and they gave me antibiotics for a UTI. It eventually eased up, but after sex yesterday it came back. It is almost unbearable. I have no health insurance and I don't know what to do, nothing I am trying seems to be working. Please help.
