Suggest Cure For Loose Motions And Rashes Near Anus

My 11 months baby is passing 8 10 stools since 2 days. Some are solid some semi solid and some watery. He has got rashes and shouts everytime i clean him. Doctor advised econorm sachet and i am applying fusidine h on rashes. Didnt feel much of a difference. Kindly help. Regards
