Suggest Cure For Missed Periods, Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea

I’ve been having abdominal pain, lower back pain, diarrhea, heartburn (sometimes), if I so much as feel a little bit hungry, I feel like I gotta throw up , after I eat I have to throw up. I just ate earlier & my stomach got bloated & I’ve been very tired lately & drink a lot of water . I haven’t start my cycle this month but I already took two pregnancy test and both were negative. My cycles are always off . Either anywhere between the 12th-18th I usually start and I didn’t this month but sometimes I can miss 2 or 3 months and then start the 3rd or 4th month. All I drink is water so I don’t understand why I would have a bladder infection if that’s maybe what this could be. I have no idea. I really need advice.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Ovaral G tab at 5th day of your menstruation.
Take 21 tablets, wait for menstruation.
Then again start for 2nd cycle at 5th day of menstruation,
this you will do for 3 months
As my advice to take prescription of below drug from your doctor.
You can take Cyclopam twice a day for 5 days
You can take Ofloxacin and Ornidazole twice a day for 5 days
Take Rabeprazole twice a day for 5 days
Do ultrasound for further management.
Consult surgeon for proper diagnosis
