Suggest Cure For Multiple Ailments

I was in the hospital and had a blocked bowel. They inserted an NG tube and I only had ice chips for 8 days. I have several problems. COPD, CHF, Diabetes and kidney failure. I now am more short of breath and the skin is peeling off my fingers. What might causing thee symptoms?

for shortness of breath, you may require bronchodilators like salbutamol spray along with continuing treatment of CHF . skin peeling may be due to ice chip kept for 8 days and that too in presence of co morbid condition like diabetes.
