Suggest Cure For Multiple Ailments

I am trying to see if anyone can help me. I have developed the following symptoms one by one and now they are all together: Chest pain, arm pain, cyst on shoulder and left breast, urticaria (4-5 times a day), migraines, jaw and gum pain, twitching of both eyes, tiny red dots that come and go, heartburn (few times a day), dry patches on skin, tiny black dots on nails, dizzyness, and migraines.
