Suggest Cure For Multiple White Bumps Inside My Clitoris

I have multiple white bumps on the inside of my clitoris, when I lift the skin underneathe on it there is a big bump of white skin which is raised, there have recently been more forming in the same area all under and around the clitoris, is this dangerous? what are the possibilities of this being?
