Suggest Cure For Numbness In The Right Hand

I am a 32 year old male i have numbess in my right hand and no feeling at all in the middle finger, this numbness gets worse when i strech out my arm and my middle 3 fingers start to get a dark red. I still have full use of the hand and fingers,just cant feel them. I just want to know what this is and shoule I be concerened, this is the 3rd day so far.
