Suggest Cure For Pain In The Pelvic Bone

4 months back .when i was climbing down the stairs when accidentaly the steel rails poked my pelvic bone .on the side of my left leg just below my left cheek of my left buttocks . There was no external injury and no blood nothing . it didnt even look like an injury . the pain was also mild only . thought that it wud disappear in few days .I dint even give much attention to it . This was some 4 months back . But now i realise that the pain has not gone and when i sit with cross legged and then get up . i can feel some discomfort in that leg .     I now wanna know if this is major problem requiring any surgery . simply put im terrified . can u please tell me what cud be the daignosis . I wud go to a doc tor eventually but i want to know before hand what cud be the diagnosis ......... . Thank you
