Suggest Cure For Pain & Swollen Ankle

Hello I just got back from my holiday and am in agony. Had an accident in the pool 6 days ago and all my left side of hip buttock and thigh is in pain there's no bruises at all. But the pain is coming down to my left leg and the ankle is swollen I cannot hardly sit or walk. Could it be trapped nerve?
