Suggest Cure For Pigmentation Problem On The Vagina

Hi, I think I have abscess. Actually, pretty sure I do. But today I discovered that I have bumps in the same general area but they are more sensitive and even though in the same general area not where they usually occur, also in my vagina some slight discoloration. Parts of it have become rather dark in color.
