This is my findings result my x- ray chest PA Suspicious infiltrates superimposed at the LST right anterior rib level. Tenting of the right hemidiaphragm heart and other chest structures are unremarkable. Remarks:pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion,right suggest apicolordotic view.
