Suggest Cure For Recto Vaginal Fistula

I had developed recto vaginal fistula after the delivery 4 years back. I had undergone operation for the same 2 years back. But the rvf symptoms appeared a week after the operation. Now there is no fecal discharge through vagina. But I can feel the gas passing through it. The MRI scanning also suggests the existence of a tiny tract between the anus and the vagina with no collection. I have lot of pain. I just cannot sit even for few minutes. Also feel the pain during bowel movement. Is it advisable to go for second surgery?
