Suggest Cure For Red, Flat And Circular Rashes

my son has 2 rashes, they are circular, red, flat, were warm to the touch yesterday. The redness extends about 2 inches in diameter, the center is white, where an insect bite occurred. the circle is well defined. I m thinking Lyme disease. No papules, no oozing, painless.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
