Suggest Cure For Red Patch On The Breast, Swollen Knees & Shoulder Pain

I have had a round, quarter sized red patch on my breast for about 3 months with no change. I recently found several round patches traveling down my spine. I am not sure if these are related, but now I wonder if the swollen knees and shoulder pain I have had in the last month are related?.
