I have some red spots on my chest area that have appeared about a few weeks ago. I was not sure what they were but they are dry and not itchy at all. However there is only one larger one and then a few smaller ones that are on my chest area. I have tried to clean it with neutrogena's acne face wash soap bar but that didn't work. Was just wondering what is this?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red spots on chest area which occurs due to stress, anxiety, clogged pores of skin with dead bacteria, sleeplessness and oily food. This area have abundance of sebaceous glands which is the main reason for acne. Need not to worry. You should apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Take antibiotic like azithromycine 500 mg. Wash these areas with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation.
