Suggest Cure For Severe Abdominal Pain Caused By Bulky Uterus

Hi doctor...I am 25yrs old girl...I often suffer from lower abdomen pain which happens to be very severe I am unmarried and had done my Sonography 2yrs back ..result was bulky Uterus...I did alot of treatment but invain....i was ok last few months but again it has been started...don't know what to do..Pain is really unbearable..please suggest me the affective remedy ASAP
