Suggest Cure For Sickness In The Stomach

Hello, My 11 year old papillion has been throwing up, not holding down any food or water for a few days. She started throwing up a little this past Monday but was able to hold down food. By Wednesday she was vomitting four hours after she ate. Now she vomits half hour after she eats or drinks anything. When she pees, a yellow thick mucus in in her pee. She is 30 pounds and is spayed.
