Suggest Cure For Sickness In The Stomach

Hi i have a daughter thats 2 years old and occasionally gets backed up. she hasnt been able to release anything in the last 3 days.she seems to be getting a bit of a temp but i dont know if its from this of if its something eles. Ive given her fleet chewables but its been 6 hours and its still the same nothing has happend. i just dont know what to do for her without having to take her to the hospital
