27 female,174cm&67kg.Feeling sick for about a week. Have a sore throat or knot like feeling at the back of my throat and everytime I swallow it makes me feel sick, like I want to throw up but I don't. And about 5 mins after a meal I feel the same way. I've just stared coughing as well but no other symptoms, maybe just tiredness. I have felt this way for about a week.

dear user
first i want you not to get warried about that but you can take it simply and seriously at same time
we have more than one cause for your sore throat as it may be due to reflux of gastric acid to reach throat and cause its inflammation and in this case you will find the pain more severe when wake up from sleeping...and you feel worse when taking spicy foods or being stressed
2nd most common cause is bacterial or viral infection or common cold and in this case you will feel fatigue and muscle pain and tired from simple effort..iyour words suppose the second cause and you should take plenty of fluids and have bed rest and try to stay away from effort and you can also take tylenol ....tylenol will be helpful to relief of pain and improvement will occur if you follow these simple steps ..you dont need to take antibiotic till now as it is indicated only in bacterial infection ...if symptoms persist you should see your doctor to role out clinically any bacterial infection and he may administer blood test for knowing the cause........wish you heealthy life
