Suggest Cure For Spots & Tightness Of The Foreskin

hello I just saw my docotr and explained that my tight foreskin is hurting, and that red spots were appearing. She thinks its herpes. I think it could either be herpes or balanitis. I say Balanitis becuase i had a sexual encounter with a female and i used a condom. I usually don t use condoms because i am in committed faithful relationships, but everytime i do use a condom i get a outbreak because i have asthma
