Suggest Cure For Stiff Neck And Dizziness

i woke up one morning and had a stiff neck.. as the day went on it started really hurting at the base of my neck.. i got a shooting pain down my neck into my upper back.. it has lasted now for 6 days and does not show much sign of letting up.. when i massage my neck it starts to feel better and lasts about 10 minutes but i start to feel dizzy and off balance
