Suggest Cure For Swelling Around The Eye

I threw up a few days ago and since that day my upper eye lid closer to the outer corner of my eye is swelling. The swelling has gotten worse each day and it hurts to blink or squint. The pain also is worsen each day. My actual eye is fine I can see great I just feel pressure from the outer corner thats swollen. What is happening can I treat this at home? The nausea was just because I ate icecream I'm lactose intolerant.

swelling around is puffiness of face. they are adipose tissue oedema is common. cardiac and renal causes manifests as puffiness of face. so go for renal and cardiac profile if there is a problem go for immediate treatment. further investigation and treatment should be accordingly taken.
