Suggest Cure For Swelling In Finger Of Left Leg

I am 58 years old, One of my fingers in my left leg got swollen since a month followed by swelling over the surface. Have consulted one Dr Shibu who gave me antibiotics and also conducted foot xray, blood sugar etc everythig seems to be normal but I still get pain and unable to walk freely. It appears some blood cloting or normal flow of blood to figures has some hindrance. could you pls guide me
