Suggest Cure For Swelling In The Vagina Caused By Insect Bite

I am 18 years old Female and 29 weeks pregnant. I thought i had a tick or misqutio bite about a week ago on the outside of my vigina (where the hair is) so i wasent that worried but now it has become a swollen red itchy bump that seems to be ozzing (may be infected) not sure i have been tested for stds for 3 years now every 6 months. put triple antibiotic ointment on it. Please help!!
