Suggest Cure For Swelling In The Vagina

I have felt just down the past two days, diarrhea once, no vomitting, a little appetite, however, last night i noticed that one side of my vagina was swollen and pink, i thought maybe it was from running and my pants had rubbed it so i sat in warm water thinking that maybe it would be gone by this morning but its not. I am 18. I haven't gotten any treatment for this since it just happened last night. I have been looking it up and the things it brings up are quite scary. I have no allergies, no serious medical problems. Please help! Catherine.
