I have a swollen area to the right of my penis in the groin. I went to the ER and they took a cat scan but could not discern a hole for a hernia. I have had this type of pain (very painful and it burns) when I was in my teens and when I had sex it went away. I am 73 and no longer have a girl friend. I have seen my urologist, my oncologist and they don t know. Should I see an endocrinologist? It could be a lymph node, or a Cowper s gland. Thanks, jstjr1
If your scan cannot reveal any pathology, it can be due to neuropathic issue. Check for spinal issue and blood sugar. Starting neuropathic medicine can help you.
