Suggest Cure For Tumor On The Back Of The Head

Hi, I found a bump on the back of my babys head last year. Dr said it was a fatty tumor, nothing to worry about. But today I found about 5 or 6 on the back of his head and behind his ears. I m worried now because they have multiplied. Is this normal or should I really be worried?
