Suggest Cure For Wrist Pain

hi, i am having wrist pain. Exactly at joint of the backside of palm and wrist. I do get the pain when i move up and down & sideways. When i press the bones at wrist i didnt have any pain at bones. I need to know which doctor to consult, either ortho specialist or some other doctor.
