General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The semen report is suggestive that quality of sperms is not good for fertility aspects due to various reasons as testosterone deficiency, testicular dysfunction, micro tubules issues or else. In such cases, diet or exercises are not going to make any change in the health of the sperms. Kindly follow up with lab reports of hormones, testicular biopsy if available with you so that better guidelines can be figured out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
