hi am 36 yrs old suffering from hypothroid from last 5 yrs istop taking medicine 6 months ago,coz dr say throid is normal ,and now when i get check again it went up hi by 8.3 and now am taking 100mg tablet,am feeling tired my hair falling too much ... can uhelp me out what should i eat and what should i do? Hi welcome to health care magic....

You are having hypothyroidism problem...

For which you were using eltroxin tablet...

With this drug when TSH level comes within normal limit than dose Is decreased and maintained at low dose that is called maintainance dose..

But drug should not be stopped completely, otherwise your hypothyroid get worsen...

So continue use of drug according to your TSH level...

If androgenic alopecia present than minoxidil can be used for preventing further hair loss..
