Hi welcome to HCM.
It takes few months time to restore the weight gain post surgery for achalasia cardia.I advice you to consume high dietary protein in the form of animal foods. The symptoms of acidic reflux can be treated with drugs like pantoprazole and domperidone. An upper gi endoscopy will help to assess the outflow of the food pipe.Consult your gastroenterologist for further care.
Thank you
