Suggest Diet Plan And Exercise For The Weight Loss
Doctor, I m and 18 year old teenager...My height is 159 cms and weight is 70kgs, which I know is too much...I tried various ways to reduce, but all in vain...can you suggest me something effective? I love myself and can do anything to become slim and fit...Also, I m a pure VEGETARIAN,i.e, no egg also...
Your BMI is 27.58 kgs/M2 (normal). Avoid sweets, deep fried food, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks (colas) and all highly processed packaged foods.
