hi m deepika, I have a question related to my pimples spots n acne... Can you suggest something so that I can get rid of this as soon as possible... What should be my healthy foods to avoid this problem which will not occur again on my face ... So that I can get healthy, clear, glowing face day by day and also most important What shouldn t I eat....??

As per your query your skin got pimples and acne and you want to regain healthy, clear and glowing face, well reason for this is because of excessive exposure to sun light due to which your skin got hyper pigmented. I would suggest you to wash your face 3-4 times a day with clindamycin gel and use suncros aquagel as sunscreen. Use Tancare with spf 30 to protect against sun exposed areas. You should apply Kojic Acid containing cream like Kojivit or Kojicare on hands, face. You should use Vitamin E over the face and oils rich in vitamin E on hands. Avoid application of hard chemicals on face. Drink plenty of water to prevent it further. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Avoid oily and fried food and take diet rich in carrot, juices and fruits. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on reoccurring.
