Suggest Diet Plan For Diabetic Patient

How does one regulate their diet with diabetes? I believe its the Islets of Langerhan in the Pancreas which are failing to produce enough or correct insulin molecules, which are required for cells to process sugars (And other carbohydrates? Fats? Oils? Dont know that yet)... And a deficiency in this I guess is what causes diabetic seizures? If this is correct, then what is wrong with the chemistry of those cells that produce the insulin, and how does one regulate their diet to balance the Ph, remove the toxins, and get the proper nutrition to heal those cells?

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Yes diabetes is as a result of decreased insulin production by Islets of Langerhans in the Pancreas or insulin resistance in body leading to elevated glucose levels. But they normally does not cause seizures. To check diabetes take diet which is less in sugars & sugar rich carbohydrates. Following steps could be taken
1 Limit refined carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, and rice, as well as soda, candy, packaged meals, and snack foods.
2 Avoid heavy diet at one time. divide your diet in 4-5 small parts. A heavy diet often causes sudden increase in glucose levels
3. Exercise can help you manage your weight and may improve your insulin sensitivity. Start light exercising or walk for 30 minutes a day.
4. Complex carbohydrates containing fibers like whole grains, like oats wheats barley can be taken & protein can be taken in sufficient amount.
5. Raw vegetables & fruits could be taken anytime as a meal. Fruits with high sugar content like mangoes, grapes oranges are to be avoided.
