To stop
hair fall avoid addictions (smoking, alcohol, etc) if any. Certain medications also have side effects that may trigger hair fall like antidepressants, BC pills, acne medicines, etc. You are suggested to keep scalp clean, use Selsun shampoo and keep your hair and scalp oiled with almond oil or coconut oil.
Massage oil into the scalp gently everyday. For healthy long hair take food rich in biotin, niacin, and
vitamin C, B3 and minerals like zinc and Iron.
You can also take supplements. Logihair capsules, taken once daily for 15 days will stop hair fall and promote hair growth. Take eggs, spinach, walnut, yogurt, salmon, berries, carrots, green peas, oats, etc. for better hair growth. Avoid taking
trans fat. Take low fat dairy products. Home made balanced food is beat for good hair. Use herbal products. Imbalance in
thyroid hormones can cause hair loss, get clinically examined. Get T3, T4, TSH done, get treated at the earliest.
