Suggest Diet Plan When On Ecosprin AV 75 And Allegra
Hi, Any food/diet restrictions or food/diet recommendations when taking Ecospirin AV 75 (I pill a day)? So far I have found Alochol should be avoided anything else? Any restrictions with other medicines? I am also taking Allegra for an allergic reaction, any conflict with that?

Alcohol has to be avoided as it will worsen your heart.
You have to limit fat and oily foods also.
Do light exercises like swimming and jogging.
