Suggest Diet Plan While Suffering From Ankylosing Spondylitis

i am suffering from ankylosing spondylties from last 2 years.my age is 35 yrs.i have been attack by a.a.u in my eye thrice last year.i am taking folitrax 7.5 once in a week and folinal rest of the week.pls suggest apart from exercise what life style should i follow and what diet should i have to minimize pain.i have 4 year daughter ,is she have the chace of having this desease.what is my future will my spine be bamboo spine as time pass.pls reply
