Suggest Diet To Be Followed By An Old Lady Having Liver Abscess

hi doc. my mother is 68 years suffering from Liver Abscess and the doctors have prescribed her metrogyl 400 Tab. but she is not taking any solid food only having Milk or juices. hence she is quite weak. please suggest what should be her appropriate diet considering her age and what solid food i can give to her.

Thank you for your concern. High protein diet is paramount for quick recovery. She will also require high fibre diet. Then she needs to feed small portions many time.welcome
