As per my clinical experience, the
diarrhea and
vomiting are in relation with the intestine infection through some sort of bacteria most likely. Following are the dietary measures to be followed for better recovery:
- Drink plenty of liquids including boiled water, lemon juice, coconut water, butter milk
- Prefer organic fresh fruits as apples, pomegranate, oranges, custard apple
- Easily digestible food stuffs as mung, dal, rice is preferred over wheat
- Fresh yogurt helps replenish the altered GI flora
- Avoid all spices, non veg, junk foods, dairy fat
- Bread should also be avoided as that may flare up the GI flora upset
