Suggest Diet To Follow For Follicle Rupture

hi doc i m 29 yrs (f ) been trying to conceive for the last 1 yr. my thyroid report & my hubby's semen report were normal . my gynae prescribed folvite and duphaston tablets . but nw guess there is sm problm in my follicle rupture . can u suggest what diet should be taken for good foolicle rupture?
