Suggest Diet To Improve Body Metabolism And Immunity
I work in an IT firm and my lifestyle is quite hectic as i work for more than 12 hours a day and sleep for just 2-4 hours daily. Over the months, i am facing some problem with low metabolism and low immunity ( for example, i often get cold even in normal weather and improper digestion etc). Please recommend me some good diet and supplements if necessary. I am 32 , male, body weight- 62 kg
Hello, I can suggest some supplements but you really need to be getting more sleep especially if your job is stressful. Take a multivitamin daily. Take an extra vitamin C, an extra vitamin D3 and a vitamin B complex supplement daily. 6-8 hours sleep and regular exercise are crucial to a healthy immune system. Fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats should make up most of your diet avoiding caffeine, alcohol and sugars as much as possible. Regards
