Suggest Diet To Recover From A Myomectomy

What are good foods to eat after a Myomectomy to help heal your inside. Also- just want to confirm that it is ok to deliver vaginallyvas my doctor indicated that he never entered there cavity hence vaginal birth should be ok. How soon after can I get pregnant is this surgery was done November 23 2015?

Hi.

All fresh and healthy food is good, food high in protein and fiber will also help. Also, good hydration is necessary.

Conception can be initiated anywhere after 6-12 months, but then again it also depends on the progress in healing you have made after about 6 months or so (which is quite sufficient a duration). Birth per vagina should not be a problem at all.
