Suggest Diet To Reduce Weight When On Medication For Hyperthyroidism

Hello,I am f34 yrs female n I have hyperthyroidism (on medication)and i am obese..i go to healthclub regularly from past 4 months but only 2.5 kg reduced...morning i eat 1 roti and at 11 i have green tea and 1/1.5 roti and sabji in lunch eve tea and night by 8 beaten rice/puffed rice with tomato ccumber and little salt...please advice me how to reduce atleast 2-3 kg per month...

Keep T S H at 0.4 to 4,6 umL/ml.
Best at 2.5 -3.
When you are on dieting take plenty of fresh fruits (no fruit juice)you can take vegetable juice .,it gives you enough Vitamins & Minerals.
Weight depends on many factors.
Take 2 to 3 liters of water daily.
It is difficult but not impossible.
You can do.
You are doing your best ,Let's wait.
