Hello

Elevated liver enzymes may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, fatty liver, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
It is important to know bilirubin level.
Elevated WBC may indicate infection in the body.
You may need few investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, ultrasound of abdomen.

You may need to take few medicines and diet restriction after full investigations.

Get well soon.
Take Care
